Somersaults were created based on a quest to create a snack that is both healthy and delicious. With our busy, on-the-go lives we wanted a healthy snack that we could grab anytime ? that was truly nourishing. Disenchanted by so many unsatisfying snacks out there, we set out to create our own to share with other active people, just like us. What we discovered on our quest was a surprise ? sunflower seeds ? offer a perfect blend of protein, fiber and balanced nutrition with an excellent taste. Kinda crazy, but Sunflower Seeds are not nuts! Sunflower seeds are 100% nut-free, but offer similar benefits of protein and satiating healthy fats.
