After college, I traveled to Kerala, in the southern part of India, to study Ayurvedic Medicine. I always loved everything coco, but it was not until my time in Kerala that I discovered the magic of coconut oil as an elixir, as a unique source of energy for mind and body, and as a special gift from nature.
