Growing up, I was frequently run down and facing health issues with my diet. It wasn?t until this began to impact the dream job I had just landed that I decided to take action. I completely changed my diet and discovered what foods I was unknowingly allergic to all those years. But my problem was snacking. I needed an anytime, anywhere snack that not only fulfilled my dietary needs, but also gave me long-lasting energy and was actually delicious. So I went to my kitchen and crafted up a snack full of nuts, fruits, seeds and spices. After endless experimenting, research and lots of taste testing, I came up with a recipe I?m proud of. I decided to share Supernola at the local farmers market and realized that my secret recipe quickly became everyone?s favorite snack. Then I got the heartbreaking news that my dad had been diagnosed with ALS. In that moment, I knew I had to be there for him so I moved back home but still continued to slowly grow my business. Ultimately, he?s the reason I took the leap into becoming an entrepreneur. Today, my vision is even bigger. I believe a better world starts with better food, and that begins with Supernola. I?ve put a lot of love and commitment into making Supernola a pure, clean option that tastes absolutely delicious, and that makes the healthy choice, the easy choice. It?s my secret to tackle my day, everyday, and I couldn?t be more excited to share it with you.
