In the heart of the Utiel - Requena region, surrounded by centuries-old vines situated 600 meters above sea level, Bodega Cueva is located in the center of the village of La Portera, in the interior of Valencia, in the Spanish Mediterranean. This unique 18th century construction has only known one way of making wine during all its years of existence, the natural and artisan way. The motto of Vinos Cueva is "Grape and nothing else". At Cueva, respect for the environment, biodiversity, and health prevail. That's why we only use organically grown grapes. Tempranillo, Bobal, which is the grape with the most antioxidant properties, and Tardana, late maturing, ideal for making sparkling wines with low alcohol content. Its aging cellar gives the wines the right rest and temperature, making them calm and exclusive. The natural elaboration, without filters or treatments, is combined with the latest technology in the conservation, bottling and labeling of the natural products that come out of Bodega Cueva. Cueva has certification and seals from the Ecological Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community.
