(Some of them are also imported from India and Turkey.) In Japan, there is no environment to stably produce a sufficient amount of cotton, and currently cotton is imported from overseas and the yarn and final product are produced in Japan. I am doing. Among the organic cotton in the world, I feel that Texas organic cotton is very good quality. We import only those that meet the strict standards of the Texas Department of Agriculture. Among them, Avanti is committed to importing the highest quality products possible. Communication with farmers is also essential for making high quality organic cotton. Representative Chieko Watanabe requested to start importing in 1993 and visits the site almost every year to establish a trusting relationship with farmers. I think it is very important for farmers to know to whom the organic cotton they have grown reaches and what kind of product is produced. Whether or not you can imagine “the end of your daily work” makes a big difference in the result. Avanti shares the awareness that we are making products together by telling farmers about our company and the products we make.
