Vietnam’s No. 1 Renewable Energy JSC, also known as New Renewable Energy JSC No.1, is a leading clean energy developer in Vietnam, primarily focused on hydro, solar, and wind energy generation. Recently, the company was almost entirely acquired by SK E&S in a transaction valued at approximately $37.5 million. This acquisition aligns with SK E&S’s strategy to expand its renewable energy presence in Southeast Asia through integrated project development, construction, and operation.
