The Goronson Farm ā is a small farm in Maine, established in May of 2014. With rising food and fuel prices, and the threat of pesticides lacing our food, more and more families and food enthusiasts are looking for ways to add more organically-grown, local food to their diets. We are part of the organic farm movement in Maine. We raise rare breed poultry and organic vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs. We are nurturing a small, organic orchard of heirloom apples, peaches, plums, apricots, figs and pears ā and are cider makers. Next spring we will add beehives and a very small vineyard, mostly for the benefit of our flock. Join us as we write about the trials, tribulations and joys of farming.
