Our engineers have many years of experience preparing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits and Erosion & Sediment Pollution Control (E&SPC) Plans for earth disturbance activities. Whether it is a smaller earth disturbance activity which requires an E&SPC Plan, or a larger development project which mandates a NPDES Permit, our staff is knowledgeable about the current regulations and what is necessary to permit each construction site. Through working with the local county conservation district and/or the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) our engineers can develop a cost effective plan and acquire the necessary permits to begin construction.
