Novi SA, based in Genevez, Canton Jura, became part of the Swatch Group in January 2011. Established in 1987, the company initially operated as a subcontractor for the watch industry, with its early clients being Omega and ETA. Over time, Novi has honed its expertise in movement assembly, watch finishing, and customer service, catering to various brands in the high-end, luxury, and prestige segments. Since its integration into the Swatch Group, Novi has primarily restructured its production capacities to focus on meeting the demands of Swatch Group brands. Alongside this reorganization, the company has recruited and trained approximately 20 new employees, bringing their total workforce to around 150, including 20 skilled watchmakers. Divided into three main divisions—Movement Assembly, Watch Finishing, and Customer Service—Novi has become a valuable addition to the Swatch Group, contributing significantly to the growth of the ETA movement manufacturing company and the Swatch Group's high-end, luxury, and prestige brands due to its competencies, versatility, and flexibility.
