In 2017, after over 113 years as a family owned company, Morton Buildings transitioned to 100% employee ownership. As an 5c793901-d42b-4f07-a0ce-44d51437c5cd is about having a stable, long-term plan for the company, it also ensures the longevity of a company that has already been in existence for over 120 years. This means that virtually all of our employees now “own” the business and therefore have a vested interest in creating extremely satisfied customers.
