Integral Corporation

Integral Corporation is a company that issues unit investment trusts and face-amount certificates. It also issues shares of stock that do not require redemption by the company upon request of the security holder. Unit investment trusts are organized under a trust indenture, contract of custodianship or agency, or similar instrument. They do not have a board of directors and only issue securities that are redeemable at the request of the security holder. Face-amount certificates are obligations of the issuing company to pay a fixed sum at a specified maturity date. They usually require periodic payments by the purchaser.
