**AUTONOMY AND INDEPENDENCE **   The general orientation of the farm consists in favoring a system which corresponds to its vision of French agriculture: - Organic cultivation to limit the impact on the environment, health and biodiversity - Implementation of renewable energies, for self-consumption only and not to supply an economically distorted market. - Development of peasant seeds adapted to the terroir of the farm and independent of agrochemicals. - Use of second-hand equipment, limiting the consumption of natural reserves, and simple, far from robotization which directly threatens the farming profession. - Increase in direct sales (since 2005) which guarantees a fair price to the producer and the consumer, while maintaining a local economic ecosystem opposed to the ambiguous marketing of mass distribution. ###   PRODUCTIONS Family property for 3 generations, the Chanoy farm practices organic farming in the heart of Brie. The main products are cereals and oilseed crops, part of which is processed on the farm in an artisanal way into flour, oils and pulses.
