Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX)

EOX is a nonprofit network dedicated to expanding employee ownership across the United States. With a mission to strengthen small businesses and create a more vibrant, participatory economy, we develop, convene, and support a network of state centers for employee ownership and engage with national entities and business owners to champion employee ownership. Rooted in the transformative power of employee ownership to create wealth, strengthen businesses, and foster a more participatory economy, we aim to increase community wealth and create one million new employee owners by the end of 2025. Our approach involves uniting and amplifying the work of state centers, collaborating with national partners, and building a solid foundation of employee ownership ambassadors and investors. By doing so, we envision an employee-owned economy that strengthens communities, creates greater wealth equality, and enables business owners and employees to be co-creators of their economic future. As the only nonprofit network focused on building awareness and engaging local communities on employee ownership at the state and national levels, EOX is uniquely positioned to achieve its goals.
