Our parent company, Lartirigoyen y CIA S.A., has been in the farming industry for more than 30 years, and is one of the largest grains and oilseeds producers of the country. Lartirigoyen operates as a diversified business, composed by three main business units: Grains Trading (1,5 million MT per year), Farming (+150.000 hectares) and Agricultural Inputs Trading. Along these lines, the company manages a network of agribusinesses, which operate in a synergic manner. It runs a full-cycle pig farm, produces biodiesel (Pampa Bio), trades cattle (Lartirigoyen&Oromí S.A.), participates in a mutual guarantee company for agribusinesses (Campo Aval), manufactures pet food (Patagonia Pet), runs a flour mill (MolinosTassara S.A.), and owns a facility to formulate and produce agrochemicals (Chemotechnica S.A.). Glencore Grain B.V. is our main strategic partner and owner of 50% of the company's stocks.
