Superior Trim is a family-owned company that specializes in interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles. It was founded in 1997 by Michael J. Gardner, who had a vision of creating a cost-competitive, high-quality, and customer-oriented business. Since then, Superior Trim has grown into a multinational, six plant operation with 400 employees and more than $100 million in annual revenues. Superior Trim has a vertical integration strategy that includes design, engineering, tooling, molding, forming, cutting, sewing, and assembly capabilities.
