The brand operates three stitching workshops in India, where it employs more than 20 women from marginalized or disadvantaged backgrounds. The women receive an education as seamstresses, a permanent employment, a fair salary, health checks and opportunities for training. The brand works in close cooperation with local NGOs that support the women and their communities.
