  • In 2014, she opened a vegetarian restaurant in central London called ETHOS, aiming to create delicious food in a beautiful setting. The positive response from Londoners reinforced her passion for cruelty-free living.
  • In 2016, Jessica sold the restaurant and embarked on creating LUXTRA, driven by the same purpose: reducing cruelty and animal suffering in the world.
