Tra Ly Yarn Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thai Binh Jute and Carpet Yarn Factory under the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation, was established under the decision of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee in 1978.

Since it officially came into operation from in 1980-2002, the company produced jute products such as jute yarn, jute bags, canvas, carpets for export; contribute significantly to the State Budget, creating jobs for many workers in Thai Binh province. However, due to the change of the market mechanism and competition in importing jute materials, the Company gradually narrowed down the production of jute products and turned to invest in the spinning line since 2003. at the same time changed its name to "Tra Ly Yarn Company". From 2005 to 2008, according to the government's policy of restructuring state-owned enterprises,

From 2003 up to now, the Company has completed investment projects in 2 yarn factories, and is known as one of the leading yarn manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. Yarn Factory 1 started operating in 2003 with 30,000 spindles, is a pioneer factory in spinning in Thai Binh province. Before the strong development of the export yarn market, with the available experience of the management team, the Company invested in building Yarn Factory No. 2 with 16,000 spindles and put it into use since the beginning of 2014.

With the aim of creating the best products to provide customers in the region and around the world, 2 factories have been invested in modern production lines, new generation of prestigious machine manufacturers Rieter, Trutzschler, Murata, Jingwei , Jossi as well as a quality control center with prestigious control equipment in the yarn industry such as Uster, Mesdan.

High and stable quality Polyester and Cotton materials are always selected by us from large manufacturers, confirmed for the quality of many countries in the world such as Taiwan, Thailand, India, West Africa, East Asia, etc. Africa, Brazil, Australia and USA.

In terms of production capacity, Tratexco has 46,000 spindles with an output of 700 tons/month. In which 80% of Tralytex's monthly output is supplied to international markets such as Korea, Turkey, USA, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Egypt, Taiwan... consists of:

• CD yarn (100% carded cotton): count from Ne20 – Ne40
• PE yarn (100% polyester): count from Ne20 - Ne45

The quality of yarn products and the Tralytex brand are always appreciated by domestic and international customers as superior to similar products of the same manufacturers in the same region. Moreover, the fact that Tralytex is a member of the Vietnam Cotton Association (Vcosa), a member of the International Cotton Association (ICA) has partly confirmed our reputation.
