About SOPLAD COOP CA

Established in 1998, Soprano Coffee (originally named Coffee Break Heaven) began as a cafe/coffee roasting house in Mona Vale, NSW, roasting on a 8kg Turkish roaster. Our coffee was one of the most consistently awarded coffees at the Royal Easter Show. Between 1999 and 2004 our coffees had received 13 awards, we then did not enter for a few years. In 2005 we moved to a factory in Manly Vale, re-branded to Soprano Coffee and purchased a larger 24kg Deidrich Coffee Roaster. Then in 2012 we outgrew the 24kg roaster and factory, purchased a larger factory, more high end packing equipment, a Deidrich sample roaster and a 180kg/hr fully automated Deidrich coffee roaster. Craig, our master roaster, has developed a superb range of blends to suit every taste. From the great all round coffee Mocha Supremo blend awarded multiple awards, to the award winning Caramella blend (of which the flavour was described by the international coffee roasting judges in Melbourne 2013 as "A rich, sweetness, full bodied, vanilla, almond and chocolate flavours push through the milk"). Soprano Coffee specialises in contract coffee roasting, creating blends and custom packaging for clients from 60kg to 2ton per order. Soprano Coffee supplies green coffee beans for home coffee roasters and cafe coffee roasters.
