The main ingredient in our chip recipe is fresh whole beans, which we proudly source from American farmers. Our Black Beans come from ND, MI and NE, our White Beans are from ND or NE and Pinto are from CO, NE and ND. We cook these beans the low and slow way (just like grandma used to) and form them into a bean masa that we use to make our chips, which now have 5g of plant-based protein and 4g fiber, per serving.
