SIQURIA

The abbreviated SIQURIA SpA ""Italian company for the quality and traceability of foodstuffs"" certification body, was born in 2009 from a project shared by two important companies: the Veneto Wine Center (CE.VI.VE.), body engaged in the activity of valorisation of the denominations of Venetian origin, and by CSI Spa, leading company in the field of certification and qualification of quality and product management systems, where it also operates at European and international level. SIQURIA was recognized by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, with Ministerial Decree 4818 of 21 February 2012, to carry out certification and control activities in the DOP and IGP wine sector. With Ministerial Decree 15074 of 30 July 2015, it was also authorized to carry out control activities on organic productions with IT BIO 016 code. The sharing of the experience, among the founding members, of ten-year competences in the sector of quality wines and of the diversified background in the certification sector, allows to achieve synergies able to provide effective, timely and convenient responses to market demands, more and more attentive and demanding to product quality standards. SIQURIA is accredited pursuant to the UNI EN ISO / IEC 17065 standard for the certification of quality agri-food products registered in the framework of the procedures set forth in EC Reg. 1308/2013 (Certification of DOP, IGP and varietal wines) and 834/2007 (Agriculture biological).
