Depending on this, additional areas, stables, storage rooms, processing facilities are checked for ecological conformity. In short, the entire company is checked. The German Accreditation Service (DAKKS), the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE) and the Bavarian State Agency for Agriculture (LfL, seat authority) come to us to put them through their paces. We will then also be given a certificate. A certificate that documents our ability to control as an independent, state-recognized control body in all federal states in accordance with the EC Organic Regulation 834/2007. In addition, all inspectors are regularly accompanied by the federal state's ecological authorities.
