KEZ OPS

KEZ ops is the first Czech accredited inspection and certification organization providing professional independent inspection and certification in the organic farming system. The organization was founded in 1999 by the Association of Organic Food Producers and Processors PRO-BIO, the Organic Farmers Foundation FOA and the Association of Organic Farming Consultants EPOS as a public benefit company whose mission is to guarantee organic origin at all stages of "organic production". The inspection of persons doing business in organic farming and certification of their products is carried out under the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture pursuant to Section 29 of Act No. 242/2000 Coll., On organic farming within the scope of this Act and Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production; labeling of organic products. Products subject to inspection under this authorization bear the code number: CZ - BIO - 001 . • Since October 11, 2001, we have been accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute, ops - ČIA. • Gradually, our offer of services includes certification of products suitable for use in organic farming, in 2008 certification of natural cosmetics and organic cosmetics , in 2009 certification of public catering facilities and since 2010 also certification of petfood for pet animals. • Currently we are the only Czech certification organization with internationally accredited accreditation of the Czech Institute for Accreditation in the field of natural cosmetics and biocosmetics. We operate throughout the Czech Republic and are contractual partners for more than 2000 farms and processing plants. KEZ ops is a non-profit organization with high quality standards and an emphasis on the quality of services provided. Our organization has educated employees and experienced inspectors coming from practice, thanks to which we are able to guarantee, in addition to the relevant competent and independent control and certification activities, the best services. Our lean organizational structure as well as our nonprofit status enables our clients to enjoy the best value for money. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on GDPR from May 25, 2018 KEZ ops keeps a GDPR Event Report, has prepared an input analysis, Privacy Policy and GDPR Directive, which are incorporated in the company's internal KEZ ops follows them. Successful regular accreditation of the control and certification system according to ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17065: 2013 by the Czech Accreditation Institute proves our neutrality and objectivity.
