The main purpose of certification and control performed by the body at AGRO ORGANIC CONTROL EOOD is to create confidence in all interested parties that the product meets the requirements for organic production. The value of certification lies in the degree of trust and confidence that are created through impartial and competent third-party proof of meeting the requirements for producers, and in particular for organic products and the products themselves. The quality policy of the control body of AGRO ORGANIC CONTROL EOOD and the certification and inspection activities performed by it are based on the following five basic principles for certification and control of organic production: Impartiality, Competence, Protection of professional secrecy, Consideration of complaints and complaints, Liability. Following the five basic principles introduced in the management system, AGRO ORGANIC CONTROL sets the following MAIN OBJECTIVES: 1. To apply a certification system that guarantees trust in the certified products and recognized by the competent authority of Bulgaria for the needs of official control. 2. To guarantee, through certification and control activities, producers, processors, traders and consumers of organic products that meet the requirements of European and national regulations. 3. Implement a cost-effective certification system. 4. To ensure quality control of the assigned control functions. 5. Perform impartially the certification and inspection processes on any application for which the impartiality risk assessment system has not reported any risk, or if it has reported one, adequate steps have been taken to neutralize it to acceptable levels; 6. The control and certification procedures shall be made available to all applicants and suppliers in a manner that excludes any form of discrimination; 7. The staff are familiar with, motivated to apply and apply precisely the rules of the implemented management system; 8. Provides transparency in the relations with the client, providing him with all information related to the certification system, in compliance with the rules of professional secrecy; 9. Collaborates with national and international institutions interested in certification of organic production, incl. with the accreditation body; 10. Seeks to exchange experience with other certification bodies in the field of organic production.
